The Supreme Court has ruled that restaurants must make reasonable accommodations, through accessible design, to eliminate barriers facing people with disability. To be in ADA compliance with the law and avoid ADA lawsuits, restaurants must follow the ADA guidelines to provide accessibility to all ""abled"" customers, from the visually impaired to the wheelchair user. Restaurant owners will find that this app reminds them to go beyond building codes and address things like parking lots, wheelchair space, bathroom grab bars and service animals, just to name a few.

Our app covers these elements: Parking and Drop-Off Areas including accessible Parking Spaces, accessible Routes of Travel, Curb Ramps, accessible Entrances, Seats, Tables and Counters (wheelchair space), getting to the Rest Rooms, Doorways and Passages, Stalls, Lavatories, Drinking Fountains and Telephones. Your data is saved to the cloud or in PDF form, providing a record of meeting the ADA restaurant requirements or how far along you are. For certain older buildings you may need to document when it creates undue hardship to comply. Customize this app to your needs. Your data is saved to the cloud and is available in PDF format as well.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
