USDA GAP Audit Checklist: Wholesale Distribution Center/Terminal Warehouses Mobile App

The Wholesale Distribution Center/Terminal Warehouses mobile app was designed as a part of the USDA Good Agricultural Practices & Good Handling Practices audit. An important food safety tool, this helpful food warehouse audit app makes it easy to assess the condition of warehouses and distribution centers that store fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and other miscellaneous food products. Regular use of the process audit checklist helps minimize the contamination of food products during storage.

Instead of using paper forms when conducting food safety audits in a warehouse setting, the app is easily accessible from any smartphone or tablet. Simply open the app to grant a new audit report, and you'll be prompted to review several different aspects of food industry warehouse operations and food storage. This includes checking for pest management, identification of safety hazards, raw materials handing and a general risk assessment.
