How does it work?
It is intended for use by counsel representing the complainant or the respondent in proceedings before the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal (“BCHRT”). Most procedures are the same for both the complainant and the respondent, but where procedures differ, the checklist refers specifically to one or the other.
