The Secure Authorization Checklist Prior to a Property Repair is an itemized list of tasks and questions that must be completed for approval of a lock change. With the app, the operator can list property details and answer a series of questions about the building such as if it is in good repair with normal wear and tear or whether the condition may have not been maintained and reflects code violations. The user will use the checklist to make an informal inspection report about visible damage or maintenance issues, debris around the building, or potential animals or occupants of the property. The user will confirm that all necessary photos and documentation has been completed about the property. In addition, the user will be guided through what to do if the building is occupied to proceed with a notice to vacate the property.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
