The Orientation Checklist for New Blood Bank Employees mobile app allows you to replace your paper checklist with a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet.
How does it work?
The mobile form includes fields to document items such as name, job title, date hired, orientation completion date and captures employee's signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your blood bank records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form. Within the first 30 days of employment, the areas listed in the app must be completed by all new employees. Discussed briefly (or have employee read) administrative procedures and policies in the general administrative manual of the department. Review customer service expectations with the employee. Provide training on all policies/procedures specific to the section; signed off on procedures.
