The average squash racquet is built to tough standards, as during a regular squash match, they can suffer a good deal of abuse as the frame can hit walls with a good deal of power and the floor in general everyday playing due to the high racquet head speed. When the frame of the racquet becomes even slightly damaged, it can affect the tension of the string which will have an impact every time the squash player tried to hit the ball. The amount that a squash racquet can be damaged depends on a variety of factors - the material the racquet is constructed from, the head size, the head speed (a pro will hit the ball with more power generating a much higher racquet head speed) among others. Having an app where all aspects of the damage can be reported allows efficient collating of types of damage being seen, as well as where they are located, and whether the damage to the racquet could be prevented.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
