Using the app the employee acknowledges their right to union representation regarding potential discipline and/or my rights and status under the Labor Agreement. By their signature, the employee waivers their right to representation at this time and understand that there is a grievance procedure in the Labor Agreement that details the grievance procedure. They further realize any time limits from the date of this meeting for filing a grievance according to the Labor Agreement.
