How does it work?
The mobile form includes fields to document items such as date, address, employee, confirmation details and captures employer signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your human resources records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form. Companies, human resources departments, and supervisors can use the app to confirm that an individual is employed part time or full time with the company and verify their job title. The app also allows the user to state job activities and tasks.
