How does it work?
Supervisors and HR departments can note the date they spoke to the employee stating that the conduct recorded in the app is not acceptable, and if repeated, will become the basis for formal disciplinary action. Human resources can also inform the employee that the imposition of disciplinary action, up to and including termination, is not pre-conditioned upon receipt of verbal or written notice of unacceptable conduct The Record of Verbal Warning Confidential mobile app allows you to replace your paper verbal verification form with a smartphone or tablet. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as employee name, department, date of deficiency, nature of deficiency and captures authorization signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your employment management records.
