Any veterinary office or animal hospital that treats animal rabies with a vaccination treatment is mandated to complete an incident report. This app is designed to document the illness of any species of a rabid animal. Proper incident reporting includes animal information, clinical information, type of rabid animal involved in the exposure, date of exposure, and date of treatment. Treatment can include 2-5 doses of vaccine and follow-up appointments.
The app is simple to use, fill out, and store for documentation. Once the data is entered, a PDF report is generated which can be shared electronically. It also stores a copy of the report in your records to help you maintain accurate rabies incident reporting.
