Service Ticket Mobile App
The Service Ticket mobile app allows field service technicians, customer service management and field service scheduling employees to complete a service ticket for using a hand held mobile device using real time data .
How does it work?
The app allows customer service employees to dispatch the service ticket to a field service technician using the GoCanvas dispatch feature. The app generates a PDF and records service request items such as ticket number, vendor name, date, address, approver code, employee number, description of work, cost subtotals and totals for work job costing, remarks and captures a signature for customer authorization.
