Missouri Request for a Criminal Record Check
The Missouri Request for a Criminal Record Check app will allow for Missouri State Highway Patrol to request the criminal records of a subject.

The general information of the applicant will be provided including their full name, address, social security number, gender, race, and date of birth. The agency requesting the criminal history records must also provide their full information, authorization number, and position the applicant applied for. The State Highway Patrol should provide as much information as possible on the subject to the Criminal Justice Information Services Division.
Different fees must be provided depending on the type of criminal record request. The State Highway Patrol can provide either the name search with the information provided or a fingerprint search of all open or closed records.
