Emergency Prohibition & Voluntary Closure of Premises Food Law Enforcement Checklist (Scotland) Mobile App
The Emergency Prohibition & Voluntary Closure of Premises Food Law Enforcement Full Audit Checklist (UK) is an app that accompanies an on-site visit of a company during the audit and inspection of local authorities in Scotland for compliance to food safety standards.
How does it work?
It is designed to make the audit process clear and straightforward for both the local authority and the auditors. The compliance audit documents specific areas and procedures of the Feed and Food Law Enforcement Standard and regulations for food safety and performance audit protocols and checklists explain the purpose, parameters and process of the audit. The checklist covers such topics as Voluntary Feed/Food Closure (premises check and appropriate actions), Hygiene Emergency Prohibition Notice (checks on HEPN, HEPO, address of local court, etc), Emergency Prohibition Notice (checking monitoring visits, EPO applications), Feed Business Improvement Notices (reasons for contraventions, works required, time limits etc), Feed Business Emergency Prohibition Notice (checks on FBEPN signatures, appeals rights etc), and a section for reason for closures. There are also sections to document comments and uploading files or photographs.
