This termination letter may be used for month-to-month leases, or leases that are at the end of the lease term. The Tennessee Lease Termination Letter provides 30 days notice for the termination of a lease, and notes the specific date that a tenant must vacate a rental unit. The letter cites Tennessee Landlord-Tenant law regarding the termination of a lease. Finally, the letter notes an address for a security deposit to be forwarded to after move-out inspection of the premises is conducted by the landlord/tenant to determine if any of the tenant security deposit needs to be used for repairs/clean-up/etc., or if it can be remitted back to the tenant.

Having a sound notice of termination protects all parties of a rental agreement by providing sound notice of the intent of either the landlord or the tenant to end a lease.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
