Neighborhood Watch Observation Notes
The Neighborhood Watch Observation Notes template app is a simple form that can be used by neighborhood watch societies or property management companies, to allow residents to report on any suspicious or concerning activities that the witness in their community.

The form allows the resident to note the observation in long form text, as well as answering specific questions - the location of the incident, the people involved including their appearance, what they were doing, how many there were - specific items that are relevant to the incident, and whether this had been a recurring incident, such as frequent reports of graffiti, public urination or indecency etc.
The resident can then send their report to a central location via an email send within the app, where the neighborhood watch group or property management company can lodge the report and begin an investigation.
