If we are seeing you for a problem visit, we may do in-house testing or send samples to a lab to help diagnose a problem. We are unable to determine what your health insurance will or will not cover. We cannot predict what some of these tests may cost. If coverage and cost are a concern, we recommend contacting the lab and your insurance company to inquire what your costs may be. In the event we recommend services of an outside provider or service, such as consult with a specialist, ultrasounds or mammograms, please consult your insurance company to determine participation in your network plan before making the appointment.
