This mobile app helps users fill out snow plowing record sheets.

Users can fill out the date, time and day of the week they started plowing. Users can also input what type of weather condition (e.g. drifting snow, light snow heavy snow, freezing snow, etc.). Additionally, the app comes with the a route list where users can record the location and the start and stop time of each route. Comments can be inputted for each route as well. Users can also sign-off on the whole form after the route.
