The first screen asks you to name the employee. The second asks you to pick a category of skill and the third has you pick and evaluate a skill. Then all of those evaluations are tied to that employee. Then you can select done and start over with another employee. This app allows you to evaluate several employees on the same form while keeping everything organized by name. This app is beneficial for continuing education tests to help ensure emergency medical care is always met.
All performance appraisals are saved on the GoCanvas Cloud. These employee performance assessments can be emailed or printed as a PDF if you want to share them with the emergency medical technicians or use them to create an extensive training program to continue on-the-job training.
