Nail Salon Sanitation Best Practices Mobile App

Self-inspections of nail spas will help you remain in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Board of Cosmetology and the laws. It may also reduce the numbers of violations cited during an inspection. The owner of the salon, as well as nail techs working in the salon, will be cited if violations exist at the time of inspection. The Nail Salon Sanitation Best Practices mobile apps will assist with these nail studio self-inspections.

The mobile app covers establishment license/ employer posting/ record keeping, chemical information and training (hazard communication), sanitation and disinfection control to prevent any type of infections, air quality, Exposure to Blood or Other Body Fluid and Ergonomics. The spa is required to maintain their nail studio to the highest level and ensure all nail services such as manicures and pedicures are practicing all proper sanitation. This is important for customer safety.
