The temperature device in the oven should be tested and calibrated regularly to ensure that it is achieving accuracy in operations. The Wilt Oven Model120-B Calibration Record Form app will allow an operator to record temperature data during the calibration process. The app user will begin by making notes of the calibration procedure such as the make and model of the oven, the calibration device used, and the ambient temperature during the process. Throughout the calibration process, the app user will record temperature readings from the oven display and the calibration device for the temperature ranges of the oven.
