Fieldwork Evaluation Log

A classroom placement allows students (pre-service teacher candidates) to gain experience in a school with a mentor teacher prior to full-time work. The Fieldwork Evaluation Log app allows cooperating teachers to evalute pre-service teacher candidates. During the field placement, the cooperating teacher and/or site supervisor will track the candidate's time in the classroom, the grade level taught, and rate the candidate. Pre-service teachers will be scored on: professionalism, performance, and disposition to teach. The Fieldwork Evaluation Log app stores all of the field placement hours, grade level information, performance scores, and comments in one convenient place.
