The Milestone Change Order app will provide all details for the change order that has caused delays to the project.

Details about the project including the name, project number, contract number, contractor and architect must be provided. A full description of the work must be described and all documents supporting the change order should be completed and attached.
The Trustees and Contractor will agree to a settlement of all delays to the completion of the project caused by delays from the Trustees, contractor, or any other cause. The payment of this change order will settle all delay claims, causes of action, and liability. The architect will supply the approval of the recommendation, the contractor will agree to all sums and dates provided, and the Trustees will provide the approval for the amount.
