How does it work?
Once the IEP team has conducted a functional behavioral assessment, the information obtained from that process should be used to develop a Behavior Support Plan. The purpose of this plan is to spell out what problem behavior is being targeted for change and how change will be handled.
For example, if your son is engaging in inappropriate behavior that is disruptive to his teachers and classmates you can our mobile app, along with the results of his functional behavioral assessment, to create a positive behavior support plan. Your son's behavioral support plan will identify problem behavior triggers and outline strategies to intervene and redirect or replace the negative behavior with positive behavior instead.
Using the Behavior Support Plan app, your son's teachers, case workers, and therapists will also have access to his behavioral support plan and can work together to provide positive behavior support across the board, further supporting your son's behavioral intervention and positive changes.
