Boarding School: Local Guardian Agreement Mobile App
Boarding school students are encouraged to establish and/or maintain relationships with local guardians who can play an important role in the lives of students living far from home.
How does it work?
Local guardians provide support to students in times of success, sickness, and hardship. Guardianship agreements are usually required in these situations.
Guardianship agreements are created to grant legal guardianship between an adult and a child. Guardianship agreements typically include the names of parties involved, date, responsibilities and limitations.
The Boarding School: Local Guardian Agreement details responsibilities and expectations in a mobile version of the standard guardian agreement forms to make completing and sharing the agreement easier for everyone. This app includes sections that are found in the legal paperwork and also can be modified to include more fields if necessary. For example, you may want to include whether the guardianship is for short- or long-term care, temporary guardianship, etc.
