How does it work?
The Shredding Maintenance and Repair Report Form mobile app allows shredding service technicians to complete a maintenance and repair report using a smartphone or tablet. The app allows customer service management employees to dispatch the shredding service technician using GoCanvas’ dispatch feature. The app creates a PDF of the maintenance and repair report and items such as maintenance date, description of shredding maintenance, inspection details and captures the field service technician’s signature.
