When done with installation be sure to return documents to package and give all materials to lift owner/operator. When installation is complete be sure to run lift up and down a few cycles with and without “typical” vehicle loaded on lift. Failure to keep lift free of corrosive agents and solvents will lead to reduced component service life, cable failure, etc., which could result in property damage and/or personal injury. A thorough inspection of the lifting system must be performed quarterly by qualified lift service personnel; more frequently (monthly) under extreme service conditions such as outside installations or high usage (10 or more cycles per day, etc.).
