Unrefined Oil SPCC Plan:Record of Containment Dike Drainage Mobile App
Core features are free forever
The purpose of the Unrefined Oil SPCC Plan:Record of Containment Dike Drainage mobile app is to describe measures implemented to prevent oil discharges from occurring, and to prepare to respond in a safe, effective, and timely manner to mitigate the impacts of a discharge, but is intended to be used during emergency response.
How does it work?
This app has been prepared to meet the requirements of Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 112 (40 CFR part 112), and supercedes the earlier Plan developed to meet provisions in effect since 1974. This record must be completed when rainwater from diked areas is drained into a storm drain or into an open watercourse, lake, or pond, and bypasses the water treatment system. The bypass valve must normally be sealed in closed position. It must be opened and resealed following drainage under responsible supervision. You can use reference data to designate app users for individual app users.
