This app has been prepared to meet the requirements of Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 112 (40 CFR part 112), and supercedes the earlier Plan developed to meet provisions in effect since 1974. Vehicle filling operations are performed by facility personnel trained in proper discharge prevention procedures. The truck driver or facility personnel remain with the vehicle at all times while fuel is being transferred.
