SAMPLE - Work Order with Reference Data Mobile App

Two reference data files are used for this particular app. There is a "Customer List" and a "Price List". This allows your mobile workers to choose a customer from a Value List (Drop Down) and then have their contact name, address, phone number, and email address auto-populate within the app. This way your user does not have to type in data that is already known by your organization. The "Price List" allows your user to choose a part/material from a Value List and then the description, part number, and price all auto-populate within the app. The price field is marked as "read only" so the user cannot change the price. This gives you great control over prices offered by your mobile workforce. You can find the reference data files in the "My Account" area under "Manage Reference Data" (Orange button on left).
