In addition to the inspection, the contractor shall furnish to the engineer, in accordance with Section 6-1.07 “Certificate of Compliance,” of the Standard Specifications and Section 8 of the Special Provisions, a Certificate of Compliance for each item of work for which welding was performed. This certificate shall state that all of the materials and workmanship incorporated in the work, and all required tests and inspections of this work, have been performed in accordance with the details shown on the plans, and the requirements of the Standard Specifications and the Special Provisions. The Contractor's Fracture Control Plan (FCP) Submittal for Welding mobile app allows you to replace your paper control plan with a mobile device. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as resident engineer, general contractor, welding firm, contractor's QCM and NDT firm. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your NDT non-destructive testing records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
