After an inspection, a non-conforming incidence may be uncovered and a Quality Control Manager may issue a Construction Stop Work Authorization Letter. Such infractions may include nonpayment of workers' compensation insurance, improper safety practice, permit or licensing violations, substandard building materials or lack of sediment controls required for pollution prevention.

The Construction Stop Work Authorization Letter Mobile App provides the form to document items such as project name, project number, individual’s name of the letter, contractor and subcontractors. It also captures relevant signatures. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.

The Quality Control Program encompasses three phases of inspection: Preparatory Meetings and Initial and Follow-Up Inspections. A general contractor may be responsible for reviewing specifications, submittals, as-builts, plans and shop drawings for compliance to the contractual requirements. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your quality control records.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
