The facility trainer will make sure that all employees are given responsibilities to implement the pollution prevention plan if needed. All requirements for the stormwater pollution prevention plan will be taught and their purpose for keeping the facility up to code explained.

The trainer will make sure to show all locations for the stormwater discharge points and outfalls, including all all catch basins, swales, and drainage channels. The proper waste collection, spill prevention, and other good housekeeping procedures will be taught to all employees. Proper disposal of all hazardous materials including lead-acid batteries, automobile fluids, solvents, and other hazardous waste will be included in the training. Training for stormwater monitoring for possible stormwater pollution and reporting of the environmental conditions of the sewer system will also need to be included in the prevention plan training.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
