The details about the project including the name, project number, contractor, location, architect, and contract award amount and final amount should all be provided. An evaluation of the contractor and subcontractors used on the project will provide a possible recommendation for future projects.
The contractor will be rated on their performance in scheduling, proactive resolutions of problems, fair pricing changes, timely payments and notices, and other proactive performances. All subcontractors will be named for each portion of work and rated depending on the work done. Whether the project was completed on time, liquidated damages assessed, and all claims filed will also be evaluated.
