The property manager can go through the 21-point checklist and note whether the checklist item passes inspection or not, or whether the checklist item is not applicable. For each checklist item there is a notes field where the inspector can add specific notes about the line item being inspected. The checklist is separated into 5 sections: administrative, fire safety, seismic bracing and earthquake preparedness, electrical safety, and general safety concerns. There is also a section to add custom checks that may pertain to a particular area not covered in the form (although all questions are completely customizable). Finally, there is a section to detail and deficiencies and action items that may arise from the inspection.
