This could be used in a variety of industries where tools are rented - building services, entertainment/movie industry, electrical services etc. The app is set up to display currency based on the device settings of the app user - if being used in Canada it will list Canadian Dollars, if being used in the UK it will display as GBP.
The form has a recurring section to list each tool or equipment being used, and for each tool, the code, work description, hours used, rate, total cost, and notes can be collated. There is also space on the form to note the project name and location, as well as the weather if that is appropriate to the industry.
