The air-void analyzer provides a method of measuring the spacing factor in fresh concrete, rather than waiting for microscopical analysis of hardened concrete. A sample of mortar is taken from the concrete after it has been through the paver and tested immediately, with a result obtained in about 30 minutes. The AVA test should be used for quality control, not acceptance. The Concrete Paving Quality Control Procedures: Air-Void Analyzer (AVA) mobile app covers: Purpose, Principle, Test Procedure, Test Method, Output and Construction Issues. Did you know you know to validate with GoCanvas periodically?

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
