This form provides the ability to record information about computers. Though suited for home use as well, this form is mainly directed at office computers. The data collected includes specific identifying information about the computer, e.g. the MAC address of the computer, the serial number of the computer (if bought from a manufacturer rather than self-assembled), and the OS installed on the computer. Moreover, information about the warranty and the location of the computer can also be included in this form.
