This application is a sales and service order for an oil and gas home/enterprise delivery company. This is a very thorough and customizable application perfect for taking an oil or gas sales or service order. Basic information is tracked with account and invoice numbers, along with a job overview, details about the tank, details about the appliances, specific job information, parts used (quantity/price), and all calculated totals. At the end of the forms, there is space to record gallons of bulk propane sold with initial set up and gallons in tank when set up to encourage more sales on the front end. This application also includes detailed checklists for employees to work with so that no detail is skipped over. All calculations are also done using the application, rather than manually using pencil or a calculator.
