You can download this app onto any iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Since your food safety program is saved to the GoCanvas Cloud, you can access it at any time. You also have the ability to print or email all reports and corrective actions to others.
The HACCP plan will help you with all food preparation by recording the product name, the two food temperatures/times, and corrective actions taken. The Foodservice manager will verify that all foodservice employees have taken the required cooking temperatures by visually monitoring foodservice employees and preparation procedures during the shift and reviewing, initialing, and dating this log at the close of each day. You should maintain this log for a minimum of one year.
