This form allows the water treatment service provider to log in water data for any number of softeners and boilers, as well as feedwater and condensate. This report provides the ability to provide recommendations, and e-mail by phone to the customer directly, or to a service manager to review before forwarding to the customer. Report also allows the ability to report product inventory and average use-rate.
