General Operating Requirements for Food Pushcarts - Maricopa County, AZ Mobile App
Core features are free forever
According to the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code, a ""pushcart"" refers to a non-self-propelled vehicle designated to be readily movable which is limited to serving non-potentially hazardous foods or commissary-wrapped potentially hazardous foods maintained at proper temperatures, or limited to the assembling and serving of hot dogs.
How does it work?
Unpackaged non-potentially hazardous food items approved for human consumption from a pushcart shall be limited to popcorn, nuts, produce, pretzels, and similar bakery products, shaved ice, and snow cones. The Food Pushcart Operating Requirements mobile app provides the general operating requirements for such food vendors.
This app is available for an iPhone, iPad, or Android device. All food safety checklists are saved in the GoCanvas Cloud and can be printed or emailed as a PDF if it needs to be sent to a public health department or kept for your records.
