A pressure vacuum is created by an air compressor while a solution made of detergent is applied to the test area. Bubbles on the surface will indicate the area of the leak. The Vacuum Box Testing Record app should be used by a contractor conducting a vacuum box test to determine if there is a leak. The app will require the contractor to vacuum gauge, vacuum pressure as well as temperature, material thickness, and leak solution. As the contractor conducts the test, they will need to document the location of each test and if each spot passes or fails inspection.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
