The Postal Service Observation of Driving Practices PS Form 4584 app promotes safe driving by a Postal Service employee and helps eliminate driving practices that could cause an accident. With this form, the user conducting the observation can determine whether an employee exhibited professional and safe driving practices and what specific driving practices need improvement. The observer will make note of how the driver follows rules and regulations while on the road or parking. For example, the app user can note if the driver does not observe traffic controls, is following another car too closely, or does not check for another vehicle when changing lanes. The app user can also note any concerns with how the employee reacts to certain conditions including weather, traffic, or a large number of pedestrians. All driving practices that need improvement should be discussed between the supervisor and the postal employee upon the completion of the observation.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
