HSE ED Offshore: Onshore User Mobile App
The HSE ED: Onshore User app form provides a well-organized app in which operational data may be efficiently recorded.
How does it work?
Comprehensive compliance assessments pertaining to well integrity and maintenance protocols may be recorded with respect to several key well components. These metrics include pre-specified limitations for annulus pressure bleeds, the date and time of all conducted pressure dispersals, manual valve and accessory pressure relief component operation, and accounted number of well barriers. The documentation of varying degrees of deviance from predetermined limitations may be recorded, and established MOC (Management of Change) plans may be stated in their respective data fields provided within the app form in order to assess the compliance and awareness of onshore well operations overseers. Upholding such compensatory protocols and accounting for any operational deviance in the offshore well or well components protects the offshore working environment, equipment and all present personnel.
