Blood Bank Laboratory Safety Orientation Checklist Mobile App
Core features are free forever
Before assignment to a testing/patient area, the blood bank employees must read and reviewed safety manuals and policies, reviewed safety procedures and reviewed the location and use of laboratory safety equipment.
How does it work?
The employees must read and understand all of the information presented in the laboratory orientation packet and satisfactorily completed all areas of orientation. Completed Checklists must be turned in to the Administrative Secretary in Laboratory Administration within two months of hire date and will be maintained in the employee’s departmental files. The Blood Bank Laboratory Safety Orientation Checklist mobile app allows you to replace your paper checklist with a tablet or smartphone. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as reviews safety manuals and policies, safety procedures, location and use of safety equipment, employee name and captures employee's signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your blood bank records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.
