How does it work?
The mobile form includes fields to document items such as dust control plan information, dust palliative information, applicator information, submitted by and captures the signatures of the person submitting the information. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your dust management records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form. Is there a warranty on services provided? How long is the dust palliative expected to be effective? Use the app to submit detailed dust palliative information to the county when making changes to your dust control plan.
