Impressed Current Cathodic Protection System 60 Day Inspection Log Mobile App
This app may be utilized to document that the cathodic protection system rectifier is checked for operation at least once every 60 days.
How does it work?
Checked for operation is taken to mean that it was confirmed the rectifier was receiving power and is “turned-on”. If your rectifier is so equipped, you should also record the output voltage, amperage and the number of hours indicated on the meter. Any significant variance should be reported to your corrosion professional so that any repairs and/or adjustments necessary can be made. The Impressed Current Cathodic Protection System 60 Day Inspection Log mobile app allows you to replace your paper inspection log with a tablet or smartphone. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as facility name, address, owner information, rectifier information, and inspection log. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your corrosion control records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.
