This app does not apply to specimens submitted for testing under the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs (49 CFR Part 40). The Collection Site Checklist Urine Specimens for Federal Agency Workplace Drug Testing Programs mobile app allows you to replace your paper checklist with an Android, iPhone, tablet or Windows desktop computer.
