How does it work?
The Incineration SOP: Operational Checklist app is accessible using a mobile device such as an iphone, ipad or android. This standard waste disposal operational can be customized for the user’s business using the GoCanvas online form builder. The app makes it easy to add and delete input field items as part of form design. This app includes form fields for date, faculty, location, incinerator ID and captures operator's signature. Once completed, a PDF of the operational is created. The PDF can be sent directly to users ,customers, clients and agencies. This helps speed up the users workflow processes while using a paperless data collection system. When emailing your GoCanvas generated PDF you can select a “From” email address from any users email in your account instead of having them come from donotreply@goGoCanvas.com.
