Customers of millwork may find that there are issues after inspecting millwork. The Millwork Claim Form app makes it easy to document issues or concerns, and submit them for review. In an effort to expedite claims as quickly as possible, users should fill out the Millwork Claim Form app completely. Users must provide: the job site address, a contact name and phone number, the original order number and line number, the date of installation, and pictures of the product showing the issue or concern. Claims can be used for exterior door(s), interior door(s), siding, trim, or other parts.
